Santa Monica Proper
One of our favorite hotel stays in Los Angeles. It is a 10-drive from our ceremony + reception venue, and we will have shuttles running from here for the welcome party and back here from the reception. It’s well known for its spa, rooftop and Kelly Wearstler interior design.

Hotel Erwin
This Venice Beach hotel is walking distance from our ceremony and reception venue. While we haven’t stayed there, we know the rooftop quite well with stunning views of the ocean and a fun venice beach vibe.

The Georgian Hotel
A classic Santa Monica hotel with a recent renovation to its interiors. we love this art deco gem, its beautiful lobby, secret steakhouse downstairs and art gallery. It is about a 7-8min drive from our ceremony + reception venue.
This hotel does not offer a preferred rate.
WHERE TO EAT

Felix
Nabilah's favorite spot in Venice and Evan Funke's OG pasta spot. Sometimes, he's actually there in the center of the restaurant in effectively a glass container, hand making the pasta. Get the Sfincione (best focaccia) and Fiori Di Zucca (squash blossoms). Any pasta (and pizza) will be amazing!

Republique
From Chefs Walter and Margarita Manzke. Republique is an iconic LA restaurant and bakery. The historic building in which it resides was originally erected in 1929 by Charlie Chaplin. Definitely don't miss the duck if you go for dinner, and if you're able to go in the day, get a pastry for sure.
In 2023, Chef Margarita won a James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef or Baker for her work at République.

Sidecar Doughnuts
The butter and salt doughnut. Just get it. It's the most delicious doughnut we've ever had.

Rosaliné
This was our first date place in West Hollywood. Nabilah picked it because it was walking distance from her. Cameron drove 9mi in LA traffic to accommodate. Good ceviche!

Zinqué Venice
Cameron and Hera go to work from here quite often. This is Cameron's "Cheers" place. Hera knows how to stare at people at Zinqué until they give her a meat treat.

Hinano
A 60-year old Venice Beach institution. Cameron is known here as "Cheesesteak guy." They just started taking credit cards under a year ago.

Erewhon to Abbot Kinney
Start your adventure at the Venice Erewhon and get yourself an overpriced Hailey Bieber smoothie. It's a rite of passage. Then walk down the iconic Venice Beach street with fun shops, Gjelina, and Salt & Straw.

Drive Up the Pacific Coast Highway
The drive to Malibu is genuinely one of the prettiest drives in America. Highly recommend! The Getty Villa is always a beautiful place to stop by. And if you want to enjoy the water, stop at exactly this beach. And if you can remember to book exactly 30 days out, call Nobu Malibu at exactly noon to get a reservation.
